I’ve worked for the collegiate University since 2008, joining from Rock Direct, a now liquidated gaming laptop manufacturer working as Team Leader of Customer Services. Joining Oxford University Computing Services on the first line support desk, before joining St. Peter’s College in 2013, before taking the role of ICT Support Officer in Oriental Studies in 2014.
For me, this University is a place which has given me opportunities that I never would have had elsewhere and I believe that the fact that I have worked my way up through the ranks of the University, gives me a different perspective of it to what other people may have, seeing the University from different places (the centre, departmental and college) and at different levels (from the first line job that I started on to IT Manager).
